11.00h - 12.00h Practice Setting of a grinde, Espresso preparation

All abstract units are interrupted by plenty practical exercises.

Afternoon

Milk - Foam

Information on milk quality, tasting, correct frothing, microbubbles, preparation of a correct cappuccino.

Different LatteArt-Techniques as pouring (Heart, Apple, Leaf, etc...) and drawing (for example Taj Mahal and others) are explained and learned.

14.00h - 15.00h

Milk Foam, Tequnique, Processes during Foaming Hands-on training on milk frothing and texturing.

15.00h - 17.00h Drinks Espresso & Milk-based drinks, preparation of drinks



All abstract units are interrupted by plenty practical exercises.
