12.00h - 13.00h	Cuptasting of different high quality Canephora coffees Conillon, CxR, Robusta and other varieties ant their flavour profiles.
13.00h - 14.00h	Lunch
14.00h - 17.00h	Cuptasting of various Canephora varieties with different roasting profiles flavour profiles and the influence of roasting profiles.
