10.00h - 11.00h The Flavour Profile presentation of flavour profile, basics sensors, calibration, parameters
11.00 - 12.30 Degustation technique Setting of a coffee blend with a randoom coffee machine, calibration of participants to the flavour profile, flavour profile documentation
12.30h - 13.30h Lunch (not included in workshop fee)

 

Afternoon

 

13.30h - 14.30h Re-Calibration Again degustation of the adjusted coffee blend, comparison with flavour profile, participant calibration
14.30h - 16.00h Tasting Test degustation of Three different single origin coffees and building up a flavour profile for each coffee, calibration und blind degustation with triangular tests
12.00h - 13.00h Ending Cuptasting Contest, discussion
