Information on basic rules that apply for beverages containing coffee and alcohol. Preparation of different cold and hot classic coffee drinks with alcohol. Basic knowledge on barrel seasoned spirits, glasses, introduction on sensory and professional tasting and judging spirits.

| 15.00h - 17.00h | Presentation and preparation of different warm and cold coffeedrinks with alcohol. Overview of classic coffee and spirit beverages, preparation of an espresso-based irish coffee. |
