10.00h - 12.00h Coffeebag Transport and inspection, trading, rating, main green coffee defects, export and import, attendant processes
12.00h - 13.00h Lunch (not included in workshop fee)

 

Afternoon

Types and depths of roasting - Blending - Preperation

Information about roasting and occurrences during the process of roasting. Depths of roasting and predilections in different countries. Blends and single origin coffees.

 

13.00h - 14.00h Roasting Technology, processes, conversions
14.00h - 15.00h Blends Single Origin (Estate) vs. blended coffees
15.00h - 17.00h Preparation Professional degustation of different coffees, explanation  filter- flotationsystems, espresso extraction, turkish mokka and instant coffee
