Afternoon

13.30h - 15.00h Cuptasting Influences of wrong seeting and other possible mistakes (dosing, gringding, water temperature etc.) on flavour profiles
15.00h - 16.00h Cuptasting architecture Different interpretation of flavour and taste of the same offee caused by different setting
Comparison of Arabica coffees and canephora coffees
16.00h - 17.00h Discussion Discussion of the experience and information and the meaning for the everyday practice with coffee
