Theoretical parts are interchanging with practical parts.

Cappuccino - Latte Macchiato - Caffé Mocha

Practical exercises for espresso preparation. Sensorical evaluation, preparation of different influens on flavour.

Espressopreparatio: ristretto, espresso, doppio and lungo.

15.00h - 15.30h Classic espressi tasting ristretto, doppio and lungo
15.30h - 16.00h Influences of cups tasting diverse espressi from the different cups
16.00h - 17.00h Cleaning correct cleaning of grinder, portafiters and bean-to-cup machnies.
