Short information on relevant coffee species for espresso. Espresso species, Varieties, Blends, Roast, Grinding, Extraction, Espresso technique and correct tamping. Taste-probation. Preparation of classic Espressi: Ristretto, Lungo, Doppio. Influence of cups (Pocelain and Ceramic).

Cappuccino - Latte Macchiato - Caffé Mocha

Correct Milk frothing and Preparation of a cappuccino are learned and explained.

Preparation of Espressodrinks: Espresso Macchiato, Cappuccino, Latte Macchiato, Caffé Mocha, Iced Espresso.

Practical Exercises
Preparation of diverse hot and cold coffeecreations with alcohol.
Examples on presentation and decoration of coffeedrinks.

The abstract units are interrupted by plenty practical exercises.
