Nils Boese

Nils Boease is a carreer changer and entered the gastronomy 9 years ago. Since then he works as a Barkeeper.

Since six years, Nils Boese has his own bar in Hildesheim: The Manhattan Bar, where over 650 spirits and almost 320 drinks on the menu-card are waiting for his guests.

Because of his auto-didactic education, Nils Boese knows, that the practical contents of a workshop are best delivered by many hands-on exercises. This way, one gets a deep and profund understanding and optimal results.
