Milk - Foam - LatteArt

Information on milk quality, tasting, correct frothing, microbubbles, preparation of a correct cappuccino and LatteArt.

The LatteArt-Technique pouring (Heart, Apple, Leaf, etc...) will be explained and teached.

09.00h - 10.30h Milk technology.
Basics on Milk (Types, Lipides, Fat, Fresh Milk).
10.30h - 13.00h Hands-on training on milk frothing and texturing.
13.00h - 14.00h Lunch (not included in workshop-fee).
14.00h - 17.00h Espresso & Milk
LatteArt

All abstract units are interrupted by plenty practical exercises.
