8.30h - 10.30h	Technical terms types of heating, heating-up of the roaster weight loss batch quantity reasons for temperature drops in the roaster endurance of roasting, interruption of the roasting process heat diffusion through the bean roast depths, roast intenseness and colours observable changes of the bean during the roasting process chemical changes in the bean during the roasting process
10.30h - 12.30h	Practical roast experience roasting introduction
12.30h - 13.30h	Lunch (included in the workshop price)

Afternoon
practical roast experience - roast depths - cooling

Practical roast experience with evaluation of different roast depths, cooling methods

13.30h - 16.30h	Practical roast expeience with different processed green coffees examples of different roast depths
16.30h - 17.30h	Types of Quentschen (cooling) and its influence on the roasted coffee and the taste water cooling (various types) air cooling
17.30	End of day 2
